There’s also the option to checkout with PayPal. It’s a fast and secure way to bypass guest checkout and purchase our products online. PayPal has all of your details saved, so all it takes is an email address and password to safely complete your online purchase.

We can assure you that buying on MinderShop is extremely safe and secure. When you enter or update your payment information with MinderShop, that data is transmitted securely over SSL. How long does a Free Shipping delivery take?
Shipping times vary based on the individual store and destination.

How does Wish Express work?
MinderShop Express is a program that offers you a faster shipping option.

Expedited delivery times vary by your region so be sure to review the dates provided in the Delivery Options on the listing page or under your item when it’s in the cart.

How long does a MinderShop Express delivery take?
Items ordered using Express Shipping as a shipping method will vary depending on your region.

You will see an estimated arrival date when you view items in your cart. Generally speaking, Express Shipping takes anywhere from 5-10 working days.

How much does Express Shipping cost?
We strive to maintain low shipping costs on MinderShop.

Since items may ship from multiple stores on MinderShop, shipping costs are applied separately per item and not per order. The cost varies depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

You can view the shipping cost per item in your cart at checkout. Stores choose the best way to send their items and may ship your items in separate packages or all together in one.

My package is late. What should I do?
Yikes! Sometimes weather, high packet volume, or other unforeseen circumstances can cause postal service delays.

If your item doesn’t arrive by the latest estimated delivery date, please contact MinderShop Support so that our MinderShop Assistant can help you.

How do I track my order?
To check the delivery status of your order, you can find the most updated tracking information by visiting our Order tracking page and entering the tracking code found in your order email.

Your Account & Orders

How to log into my account?
To log into your MinderShop account, go to https://mindershop.store/my-account and enter the email address and password you registered with.  Remember that your password is case sensitive.

If you have forgotten your password, click the Lost Password link to receive an email, allowing you to reset your password.

If you are still having trouble logging in, you can contact MinderShop Support, we will be happy to assist you with logging into your account.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel an order, please contact MinderShop Support indicating the order you need assistance with. You can get your order number from your Orders History.

Our MinderShop Assistant will help you cancel your order, and no charges will occur.

Please keep in mind that if the order was placed over 12 hours prior or has already shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. If you encounter any issues once you receive your order, please contact MinderShop Support and we’ll be happy to help.

How can I change my password?
You can change your password through your Account details.

To change your password, follow the steps below:

  1. visit your Account details.
  2. Scroll down to the “Password change” section.
  3. Enter your existing password in the “Current password” field then enter your new password in both the “New password” and “Confirm new password” fields.
  4. Click Save changes. 

Refunds & Returns

What is MinderShop's refund policy?
MinderShop offers a 45 day return and/or refund policy on all orders. You can view our full refund policy here.
When will I receive my refund?
It can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed.

Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. It may take 2-3 days to clear depending on your bank.

The refund date could appear on your statement as the time of purchase or the time of refund.

I haven't received my refund. What do I do?
Depending on your credit card or bank, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to process back to your original form of payment.

To view the details of your refund, please refer to your order details in your Order History.

If you’re not seeing the refund after 14 business days, please contact your credit card or banking financial institution to confirm the credit has appeared in your account.

I got refunded, but how do I return my item?
We’re glad to hear that you’ve received your refund successfully.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer the ability for customers to return all orders to our return center. Since you’ve already been refunded, please feel free to keep the item, donate it to a local charity, or gift it to a family member or friend!

What is MinderShop's return policy?
Our goal is for customers to be happy with their purchase, but things may not always go as planned.

If things don’t go as planned, contact us and we will try to make things right for you. You may request for a return or a refund within 45 days of the date of delivery. If for some reason, an item does not arrive, you need to place your refund request within 45 days of the most recent estimated date of delivery. Please note that we have no obligation to consider requests placed outside of these timeframes. You can learn more about our Return Policy here.

How do I return an item?
All items may be returned within 45 days of delivery. To return an item, please contact MinderShop Support and follow the relevant prompts.

What's the status of my return?
Once the item is delivered and scanned at the return center, you will be automatically refunded for the item. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to process back to your original form of payment. If the tracking information shows that the item has already been delivered and you have yet to receive your refund, please contact MinderShop Support and follow the relevant prompts.

Buyer Protection

What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website. You are protected when:

    • The item you ordered did not arrive within the maximum time of 60 days.
    • The item you received was not as described.
    • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
